"Flexibility Through Process"
Many people think having defined processes get in the way of innovation. What they don't realize is that EVERYONE has a process, regardless if they've written it down or not. By taking the time to understand, align, and document your processes, you actually make it easier to make changes in the future and adapt more quickly to the ever changing world around us.
Process Pros is a community of professionals that deal with process, process management, operations, and automation on a daily basis. If you think you're one of us, come say hi and help us optimize the way that people get things done.

COVID-19 has presented the world with new challenges, the likes of which have never been tackled before. At the forefront of these are issues such as how we adapt our processes to a world that now needs to work remotely, how we safely re-open economies, and what impact will new technologies have on personal privacy. Members of the Process Pros community come from all walks of life and are often tasked with trying to answer some of these new challenging questions.
The #processing-covid channel in our Slack community is a dedicated space for discussing these issues and others like them. To assist our fellow process owners and managers, Process Pros has decided to host a gallery of different process and tool templates related to COVID-19 that can help our community members tackle this challenges more effectively.
You can review these templates via the link below, or if you have a tool / template that you would like to share with the community, please use the submission link and our team will review it for inclusion in the gallery.
Thank you to everyone that is working to solve this challenge.
